The Information Technology department is now accepting applications for Sr. Product Technology Owner - Digital Workplace to work in the Corporate Office in Tulsa, OK.

 

This position is responsible for technology ownership of all aspects of assigned products through the entire product lifecycle. This includes development of product strategies, financial forecasting and planning, indirectly managing resources, planning and delivering work related to assigned products, managing and prioritizing backlogs, developing and maintaining release schedules, gathering user stories and acceptance criteria, identifying risks and implications of decisions, and clearly communicating impacts to stakeholders.

 

Responsible for serving as the technical lead/consultant on complex, multi-disciplinary technology projects. Responsible for managing the development and support of Microsoft Modern Workplace tools and technology to enable collaboration and automation for the QuikTrip enterprise.

 

Oversee technical staff to ensure health management of Microsoft services including deployment, migration, management, support, and ongoing release cadences. Utilize superior analytical abilities to successfully resolve conflicts, prioritize deliverables, and build consensus across organizational boundaries. Will manage other automation and collaboration applications as assigned.

 

Required education: Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science; or equivalent experience.

Desired education: College degree, preferably in technology related fields of study. Project Management Professional Certification. Certified Scrum Master.

Required experience: Experience with SharePoint Online migrations, Power Apps, Power Automate, Teams, Microsoft EA licensing, and M365 release management is a must.

Ability to establish, document, train, and maintain strong governance practices for a complex enterprise. Familiarity with Organizational Change Management concepts, development and delivery of training plans related to the M365 platform.

5+ years’ experience with broad exposure to information technology systems/processes, programming/engineering, or management of information technology projects.  Very familiar with all aspects of systems analysis, design, and implementation of technology in a business environment and with the principles of design thinking and agile software delivery.

Desired experience: Experience in system analysis in a business environment. 2+ years managing or leading IT related projects project management process. 3+ years working in or with agile software delivery teams. Subject matter expert in all aspects of design and application development on more than one system.

Required skills: Ability to lead through influence and accomplish through collaboration with others. Incumbent should have excellent written and oral communications skills. Must exhibit strong time management skills. Familiar with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Possesses good problem-solving skills. Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices and procedures. Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and SQL Server and/or DB2.

Desired skills: Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills and knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps, Project Web App and Server SharePoint. Programming skills in at least one programming language.

 

Starting Salary: $119,300-$164,000
